You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

What are the conditions for a return?

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received in order to be eligible for a return.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
• Unless the item received damaged or defective, the purchaser is responsible for paying the return shipping expenses.
